30-Day Refund Period

You may request a return and refund for your purchased Product up to thirty (30) calendar days following the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, Products must meet the following criteria:

Request must be made within the 30-day period.

• The blanket must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The blanket must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Policy for Custom Products

Due to the unique, customized nature of our outdoor blankets, we cannot offer returns or refunds based on customer preference or error (e.g., misspelling a name in the customization field, choosing the wrong color, or disliking the submitted image).

Returns for custom blankets are only accepted if:

• The product is defective (e.g., rips, tears, manufacturing flaw).
• The customization does not match the specifications provided in your original order (e.g., wrong image printed).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team at info@blazetblankets.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• If the return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30  business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
